Try before you buy
Before anything else: restore is free forever for one app you choose, on your own setup. That's the surest way to know DeckShot works for you before you pay — and the reason a refund should rarely be needed.

The refund window
The line is flat: "14-day refund, no questions asked." Ask within 14 days of purchase and the licence is refunded. No reason is needed.

How to request one
Email hello@deckshot.app from — or quoting — the email you bought with, and say you'd like a refund. We process it back to your original payment method.
